NDC Has Lost Focus – NPP Comms.Director

Kobby Nimako, the Communications Director for the Asunafo North NPP in the Ahafo Region, criticized the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for losing focus in the current election cycle.
Speaking on the “Rejoice Amansan Ntie” morning show, Nimako expressed concerns about the NDC’s campaign strategy and preparedness.Nimako highlighted that it has been almost two years since the NDC elected former President John Dramani Mahama as their flagbearer. Despite this, the party only recently inaugurated their campaign.
According to Nimako, this significant delay indicates a lack of focus and organization within the NDC. He further criticized the NDC for failing to present their policies to the public. “The NDC has not been able to come out with their policies,” Nimako stated, suggesting that the party is unprepared and lacks direction.
When asked about the delay in announcing the NPP’s running mate, Nimako clarified that the selection process is a collaborative effort and not solely the decision of the NPP flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia. He reassured that the NPP would announce their running mate by the end of June, emphasizing that the party has qualified and capable candidates ready to take on the role.
