Asunafo North MP Embarks on Community Engagement Tour to Deepen Grassroots Connection
Hon. Haruna BA Mohammed, Member of Parliament for Asunafo North, has taken a bold step toward participatory governance with the launch of his Community Engagement Tour across the constituency. Over the past few days, the MP has personally visited 10 communities to interact with chiefs, elders, opinion leaders, and ordinary citizens.
The purpose of this tour, according to the MP, is to deepen his understanding of the developmental needs and aspirations of his people. “These engagements are the foundation of responsive and accountable leadership,” he emphasized during his visit.
With a dedicated and hardworking team, Haruna BA Mohammed aims to cover at least 30 communities by Monday, ensuring that no voice goes unheard in the decision-making process.
In each community, the MP has been listening attentively to concerns ranging from infrastructure, healthcare, and education to youth employment and agricultural support. These honest dialogues have highlighted the need for inclusive development that leaves no community behind.
“This is a mission to restore hope, bridge gaps, and shape the future of Asunafo North together with the people,” the MP remarked.
