MP Urges Constituents to Avoid ‘Skirt and Blouse’ Voting in Asunafo North

In the Asunafo North Constituency of the Ahafo Region, the NPP on Sunday held a mega walk in Mim, led by Hon. Evans Opoku Bobbie, Deputy Minister for Youth and Sports, MP for Asunafo North, and NPP Parliamentary candidate.
Thousands of NPP supporters participated in the event.
During his address, Hon. Bobbie urged constituents to avoid voting “skirt and blouse” in the upcoming elections—a term referring to voting for candidates from different political parties for parliamentary and presidential seats. He encouraged them to support both his candidacy for MP and Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for president, emphasizing the need for a unified NPP government to continue its developmental efforts.
Hon. Kwabena Owusu Sekyere, the Ahafo Regional NPP Chairman, also encouraged party supporters to intensify their efforts with house-to-house campaigns to secure the parliamentary seat for the NPP once again.
